We are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Consumer & Local Commercial team and build strong relationships with clients ranging from sole traders to senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with new and existing clients across the commercial spectrum.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve team objectives.
- Review client documentation to support the quoting process, ensuring information is comprehensive and accurate.
- Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ensure FCA requirements and compliance standards are met.
- Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to improve client service and support internal processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contacts to maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to varied daily tasks.
- Experience or willingness to work with data processing and systems support.
