Summary
We are seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is crucial in supporting our mission by providing financial insights that drive strategic decisions. The Management Accountant will play a key role in ensuring our financial practices align with our commitment to sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Cash flow reporting and analysis
- Supporting the year-end audit process
- Working closely with operational teams to provide financial insight
- Helping to develop and improve financial processes as the business scales
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong experience with systems like Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
- A background in SMEs or smaller businesses with broad exposure across finance
- Someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working in a dynamic, PE-backed environment
- Familiarity with auditing processes is preferred
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
Desirable:
- Knowledge or experience with Odoo
