20Twenty Search have been exclusively engaged to appoint a Head of Operations for a rapidly growing Specialty Insurance carrier. This is a key leadership role responsible for building and optimising operational infrastructure to support significant expansion across multiple business lines.
This will be a hands-on role developing and overseeing the full operational framework including:
- Process design
- Technology integration
- Third-party partner management (MGAs, TPAs, corporate partners)
- Onboarding new partnerships
- Claims operations
