Catastrophe Underwriter - ILS / Collateralised Re

20Twenty Search is retained by a new and highly innovative Reinsurer which will write catastrophe business on a collateralised basis. This role will suit an experienced and well-versed CAT Underwriter in a traditional reinsurer who is seeking an entrepreneurial career move and a role where you will have a long-term vested interest in the performance of the business via an equity stake. Candidates who have exposure to casualty lines of business and or cyber will be highly regarded although this is not essential.

The suitable candidate will be excited by a start-up environment and be extremely hands-on as well as flexible in their approach.

Salary & Package

£150,000 – £200,000

Plus Bonus & Equity Participation
