Reporting Relationships
Reports directly to the Enterprise Sales Director UK&I and works in close partnership with a dedicated Account Manager and colleagues throughout the organisation.
Location
This role requires being in the London or Dublin office on Wednesdays and additionally, as required per business. As well as visiting client sites. The remainder of the time this role is remote.

Key Accountabilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities for LHH Career Transition & Mobility through strategic prospecting and collaboration with internal teams such as SDRs and Marketing.
- Work alongside an Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships within your client portfolio, delivering exceptional service and uncovering opportunities to introduce additional LHH solutions.
- Retain 100% of assigned client contracts, ensuring timely renewal and negotiation.
- Obtain strategic board approval for all commercial agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client activity and forecast sales performance using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the UK&I and globally to ensure consistent client experience and seek areas for operational improvement.

Demonstrable experience selling tailored talent solutions—including HR, career transition, career development, talent management, coaching, HRIS, assessments, change management, or workforce transformation.
