Job Role: Executive Assistant to CEO and COO
Location: London, UK (hybrid in office 4 days/week)

The role:
We are looking for an Executive Assistance to support the CEO and COO. This role will be varied and involve diary management, travel arrangements, expense support, organising, administrative tasks, office management support and more. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, can learn quickly and eager to support the whole team during an exciting growth phase of the business.
What you’ll do:
- Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO and COO and the remaining leadership team
- Acting as a first point of contact for general queries for the CEO
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Supporting organising team events, virtual and in person
- Submitting and tracking expenses
- Supporting the wider business where necessary on projects
- Office management tasks including maintaining physical office environment
- Supporting with finance admin
- Supporting wider team with onboarding new team members
- Miscellaneous tasks
- Occasional Personal Assistant tasks

- Experience as a EA to a c-suite member
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills
