Title: Site Executive Show Manager (Director level) – 4 years fixed-term contract.
This role serves as the senior show delivery leader for a designated site portfolio, aligning the vision and strategy of the Creative Show Design & Delivery Studio with the site’s operational needs and priorities.
The Site Executive Show Manager coordinates show-related planning, execution, and delivery across all projects in the cruise site portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for portfolio leadership on all show-related matters.
The role provides strategic leadership and functional oversight of show management at the site to ensure projects align with studio standards, creative intent, operational needs, and delivery commitments.
This position is based in London Hammersmith, 4 days a week (with one chosen remote day) and requires frequent international travel.
Executive Show Managers dedicated to the site report to the Site Executive Show Manager, establishing a clear structure for show leadership and consistent practices across projects.
