Responsibilities
- Project QS role on a major West End commercial refurbishment
- Supporting an established site-based commercial team
- Running and owning subcontractor packages end-to-end
- Managing a high volume of variations and commercial change
- Core duties include procurement, valuations, CVRs, cost reporting and subcontractor accounts
- Working closely with site, design and consultant teams in a live project environment
