Site Manager needed to run an 80 Unit Apartment block | Mid Rise | Near Wembley | Temp until end of the year. We are working with a leading residential developer who is looking for someone who can manage a mid rise residential block. They have just started internals — party walls are in, underfloor heating and screed to follow. Externals are well under way (brickwork up to 6 storeys currently). You will have an assistant site manager reporting in to you.
The Role
- Lead internals on a new build residential block
- Take ownership and see the block through to handover
- Start immediately or in a few weeks
Requirements
- Mid rise residential apartments for a main contractor/developer
- Strong on Internals (some external experience required)
- CSCS, SMSTS (or SSSTS)
- Fire Marshall / First Aid a bonus
- IT Literate
