The candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Senior Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects of up to £15m value. We are looking for someone who can take this 1-year scheme from start to finish, reporting to a Site-Based Senior Project Manager. The candidate must be client-facing and able to manage other management below, with a further site manager reporting to them.
- Ideally, have a carpentry trade and also a higher education qualification in construction
- Possess a deep technical understanding of high-quality workmanship and building
- SMSTS / CSCS - Black / First Aid
- Be a committed member of the project team
