About the role: Site Manager role for a traditional building contractor with an excellent reputation. Deliver projects from start to finish with autonomy, responsible for full site operations, managing clients and principal contractor. Projects up to £5m including Healthcare fit‐outs of NHS wards.
Responsibilities:
- Full site operations
- Manage client and principal contractor relationships
- Ensure safety legislation and corporate safety procedures, including CDM, are applied
- Manage design and M&E packages in high‐faced live environment
- Operational planning and time‐management
Qualifications:
- CSCS card (relevant)
- Construction related degree, HNC/HND or NVQ Level 4 highly desirable
- SMSTS or equivalent highly desirable
- Experience with safety legislation and corporate safety procedures including CDM
- Good management and communication skills
- Good operational planning and time‐management skills
