Responsibilities

- Prepare CVRs, valuations, and cost reports across multiple live projects
- Oversee subcontractor packages and payment approvals

- Contribute to tender reviews and pre-construction planning where needed
Qualifications
- 5–10 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
