Join an established main contractor delivering a mix of residential and commercial projects across the South East and East of England. This is a handsâon Project Quantity Surveyor role offering genuine ownership of live schemes, close collaboration with delivery teams, and exposure across both housing and commercial builds. You'll be officeâbased day to day, with regular visits to live projects to stay close to delivery.
The Role
- Take commercial responsibility for live residential and commercial projects (ÂŁ5mâÂŁ15m+)
- Manage subcontractor procurement, accounts, valuations, and variations
- Produce cost reports, forecasts, and CVRs for senior management review
- Work closely with Project Managers and site teams to control cost and risk
- Support projects from preâconstruction through to final account
- Officeâbased role with regular visits to live sites (typically weekly)
