With a current turnover of ÂŁ25mâÂŁ30m, we are increasingly competing â and winning â work against larger Tierâstyle interiors contractors. It is not a corporate, layered environment. - Officeâbased role in Holborn, with flexibility around site visits
- Option to work 1 day per week from home once established
- Clear opportunity to grow with the business as project scale and workload increase
What we are looking for
- Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project QS (not seniorâheavy profiles)
- Background in commercial interiors or fitâout strongly preferred
- Good understanding of trades and subcontractors â practical, deliveryâaware
- Comfortable running commercial elements on live projects with support
- Ambitious, commercially sound, and keen to develop longâterm within one business

We are a commercial fitâout contractor delivering designâled interior projects, typically including:
- Commercial office fitâout

- Highâquality, detailâdriven interiors
- Tradeâheavy delivery with strong supply chain relationships
We have built a strong reputation over recent years and are now regularly winning work against much larger contractors â without losing our handsâon, approachable culture.
