A wellâestablished Central London refurbishment contractor is continuing to grow and is looking for an experienced Intermediate or recently steppedâup Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
Role
- Running 2â3 refurbishment projects at a time initially, increasing once settled
- Residentialâled refurbishments with mixedâuse and commercial elements
- Project values typically ÂŁ100kâÂŁ500k
- Regular interaction with Tier 1 & Tier 2 corporate landlords and Tier 1â3 building surveying practices
- Preparing estimates, pricing variations, managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts
- Tracking costs, forecasting cashflow, and producing clear commercial reporting
- Working under JCT contracts (Minor, Intermediate, D&B exposure helpful)
- Officeâbased initially, moving to hybrid working after probation (3 months)
