We are a family‐owned, 60+ year strong, cash‐rich company delivering super‐prime residential in London. We are looking for a permanent Quantity Surveyor to turn chaos into clarity on £17m‐£20m projects.
Responsibilities
- Translate architect optimism, contractor improvisation, and client whimsy into reports that make sense.
- Notice and address millimetre‐level misalignments.
- Manage risk and anticipate cost surprises.
- Maintain provisional sums and variances with patience and precision.
Qualifications
- Experience on super‐prime London residential projects or Tier 1–3 contractors.
- Strong risk management and cost forecasting skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
