The ProjectThe project consists of a £17m New Health Diagnostics Centre in South Cambridge. Complete fitout to several floors, high‐quality finishes.

The ContractorThe building contractor takes on projects of varied nature, including education, local authority, commercial, private residential, health, sports and leisure, embassy, and religious buildings.

The building contractor has always been known for its excellent reputation, focusing on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £1m to £15m, including refurbishment, new build and cut‐and‐carve.

The CandidateThe candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Senior Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects of up to £15m value. We are looking for someone who can take this 1‐year scheme from start to finish, reporting to a Site‐Based Senior Project Manager.

The candidate must be client‐facing and able to manage other management below. There will be a further site manager reporting to the candidate.

Ideally, have a carpentry trade and also a higher education qualification in construction

Possess a deep technical understanding of high‐quality workmanship and building

SMSTS / CSCS – Black / First Aid

Be a committed member of the project team
