Corporate/Commercial Solicitor – NQ+ PQE – Berkshire

This is an exciting and current opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join this long-established and prestigious legal firm in Berkshire.

They are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 6 months experience to join the team. You will possess excellent commercial awareness as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and enjoy working as part of a team.

The role comes with good prospects and career development for the right candidate with a competitive salary offered depending on background and level of experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pragmatic, energetic individual with well-rounded corporate commercial experience who has the ability, determination and vision to help further develop the practice offering. The successful candidate will possess a broad range of skills and expertise and be happy to deal with a client base ranging from SME to larger companies modest SMEs to nationally recognised corporations.

The successful candidate will comfortable practising independently and managing their own caseload.
