2020 Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Glenrothes-based client to support the continued growth of their production team. We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives for ongoing positions that could lead to permanent employment for those who consistently deliver on performance, efficiency, and reliability. Interviews & Info Sessions: Held at our Glenrothes office. All applicants will also complete a values assessment to ensure alignment with both our standards and the client’s workplace culture. What We’re Looking For: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: * A strong work ethic and excellent punctuality * Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred) * A recent work history – any gaps in employment must be explained * Two references, including one from your most recent employer * Physically able to be on your feet all day * The right to work in the UK, with supporting documentation All applicants will be interviewed and assessed before any start dates are confirmed. Working Hours As the part of the production team, you will be working 3pm – 11pm Monday to Friday. Pay Rate £12.46 for the first two hours of your shift then £15.57 for the remaining 6 hours of your shift. After the first 12 weeks probationary period your rate will then increase.
