2020 Recruitment have an exciting part-time opportunity for a Payroll/Accounts Administrator to join an established team in Kinross.
The role demands accuracy, diligence and the ability to multitask effectively. This person should be able to manage all aspects of payroll in a timely and accurate manner as well as assisting with purchase ledger.
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Office Based
Hours can be flexible over Mon-Thurs during (Apply online only), 20hrs per week.
Start date to be confirmed.
Hourly Rate: 14.50ph
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and reviewing timesheets, expense forms and holiday request forms electronically or manually.
- Calculating payable hours
- Providing information and answering questions about payroll related matters.
- Following payroll policies and procedures and complying with relevant laws.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience working in payroll and purchase ledger (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
