Marketing Manager

2020 Recruitment are working with our Kirkcaldy based client who are looking to add an experienced Marketing Manager to their team. This is a permanent, office-based position where the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing content. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 As the Marketing Manager it is essential that you have previous experience in a marketing capacity. The Role As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible in driving marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and supporting the sales and marketing teams. Working on-site, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with other areas of the business to promote the company brand and products. *Not the job for you? Get in touch to learn more* Duties & Responsibilities As the Marketing Manager your duties and responsibilities will include: * Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements. * Develop visuals, videos, and written copy using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. * Manage paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads). * Write press releases, case studies, and blogs. * Optimize websites for SEO and organic reach. * Support updates with the web development team. * Track campaign performance using tools like GA4 and HubSpot. * Generate actionable insights and reports. * Work with sales, customer service, and procurement teams to ensure consistent messaging. * Assist in creating sales materials like presentations, guides, and videos. Requirements To be considered for the Marketing Manager it is essential that you have the following experience: * Previous experience in a marketing or content related position. * Expertise in SEO, social media management, and content creation. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video production. * Ability to work with multiple departments. * Excellent writing skills with attention to detail. * High level of creativity. * Live within a commutable distance to Kirkcaldy * Right to work in the UK * Able to provide recent references Package As the Marketing Manager you will be offered the following package: * Salary of up to £48k * Company bonus scheme * Performance bonus * Career development opportunities * Collaborative, positive, and creative work environment. * Team celebrations, lunches, and participation in key industry events.
