We\'re seeking Maintenance Engineers from mechanical or electrical backgrounds to join a fast-paced, high-performing site during an exciting period of investment and growth. Your Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and service work on a wide range of production equipment. * Ensure all machinery is returned to safe and hygienic working condition. * Comply with site health & safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times. * Accurately complete relevant maintenance documentation and records. * Collaborate with colleagues, sharing technical knowledge and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For Essential: * Time-served Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with valid certifications. * Experience maintaining machinery in a manufacturing or production setting. * Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible and proactive attitude. * Right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of the area. * Good communicator with a professional and reliable approach. Preferred: * Multi-skilled (both mechanical and electrical competencies). * Background in food manufacturing or other high-compliance environments. * Driven, team-focused, and eager to learn and develop.
