2020 Recruitment are working with our Fife based client who are looking to add a Group Operations Manager to their team. This is a senior leadership role within a fast-paced, high-spec manufacturing environment supporting the Oil & Gas sector. We are looking for an experienced operational leader with a background in manufacturing, engineering or Oil & Gas environments.

We are looking for someone who can drive performance, lead from the front, and ensure operational excellence across multiple business units. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business in a key leadership position where you can make a genuine impact across the group.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering against safety, quality, cost and production targets while supporting continuous improvement and long-term business growth.

  • Ensure delivery against safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives
  • Support new business activity through operational input into tenders, bids and project mobilisation
  • Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture across the business
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company procedures and Oil & Gas regulations
  • Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements in productivity, efficiency and performance
  • Work closely with finance and commercial teams on forecasting and reporting
  • A strong understanding of HSE standards and operational compliance
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and operational costs
  • Experience within Oil & Gas or other high-spec engineering sectors would be advantageous
