We are looking for a customer-focused Product Assistant to join our Marketing team to maintain our website and social media product offerings. This role will report to the Team Lead of Digital Product and is pivotal in the growth of the business. You will be a key contact both across the business and with clients and prospects.

We are proudly working with over 2,000 firms with technical training, practical tax support, practice management, marketing content and much more. We help firms grow their client base, advise their clients, expand their service offerings and prosper in the changing environment.

What you will do:
- Assist in the creation, development, and management of new and existing products, specifically websites and social media services
- Build and maintain websites
- Build and maintain social media client platforms
- Ensure the accuracy of content within the digital products
- Review and enhance imagery
- Help lead the product messaging with the marketing and sales teams
- Assist clients with queries and product information
- Review and address product processes to enhance product experience for clients and efficiency internally
- Work closely with the digital product team to deliver products within agreed timeframe
We will provide you with all the training you need to understand, create and manage clients' websites and social media accounts. However, we are looking for someone with these key attributes:
- Experience with websites and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills that can adapt to a variety of stakeholders
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
