We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team as a Customer Account Manager, responsible for managing your own portfolio of members. You’ll develop strong relationships, support renewals, and identify opportunities for cross- and up-selling as we continue our rapid growth.
We are proudly working with over 2,000 firms with technical training, practical tax support, practice management, marketing content and much more. We help firms grow their client base, advise their clients, expand their service offerings and prosper in the changing environment.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of customers, building trusted relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to add value through relevant cross sell and up sell activity. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Success in this role looks like strong customer engagement, high renewal rates, accurate and well maintained CRM activity, and becoming a reliable, proactive point of contact for your customers.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar sales and customer relationship role, preferably B2B
- Experience in building excellent customer relationships
- Experience in using CRM systems
