We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our marketing team as our Digital Marketing Executive. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns and digital activity across multiple channels, with a strong focus on content-led growth.

Role Description: Working closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager, you will help deliver data-driven strategies that engage both prospects and existing members, supporting the full marketing and sales funnel from initial awareness through to conversion and retention. We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a mix of creativity, commercial awareness, and analytical thinking. As a small but rapidly expanding business, the Digital Marketing Executive will play an important role in driving impactful, ROI-focused campaigns that directly support revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strong marketing generalist looking to develop into full campaign ownership over time, with exposure to strategy, performance analysis, and end-to-end campaign delivery. Success in this role requires a broad marketing skillset, confidence working with data, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and a clear focus on commercial outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
- Campaign support and execution, assisting in the planning, building and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Content creation and management, supporting the delivery of high-quality, SEO-led content including blogs, service pages, email campaigns, and social media
- Digital channel management, supporting the day-to-day management of digital channels including the company website
- Data analysis and reporting, using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clarity and Google Search Console
What we are looking for:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in B2B marketing
- Competent with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clarity, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals, CMS and paid advertising channels
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and team-working abilities
