ABOUT 200 DEGREES We are 200 Degrees Coffee, speciality coffee roasters, purveyors of unique coffee shops, unashamed coffee geeks and we’re growing fast. Enjoying quality coffee is not just about taste; it’s also about doing all the other things the right way, and that philosophy guides every aspect of our company. We believe in being an ethical, sustainable business and treating everyone involved in our business with respect.
Our home is Nottingham, a stone’s throw from the Notts football grounds in the old industrial heartland. Our first coffee shop opened in central Nottingham in October 2014 and was soon winning plaudits and loyal customers. Buoyed by success we opened a second near Nottingham Station before we spread our wings across the Midlands and North. We’ve now opened our 25th shop, with several more coming soon. We sell our hand‑roasted beans in‑store and online with six purpose‑built Coffee Schools to help everyone drink better coffee. We also work with a range of hospitality businesses, from independent cafés to high‑end bars and restaurants, supplying complete coffee packages to workplaces, garden centres and hotels.

You’ll enjoy variety, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in getting the details right.

- Helping resolve customer complaints and ensuring positive outcomes.
- Providing cover and support within the Customer Support team during holidays and peak periods.

You’ll be equally comfortable speaking with shop teams, senior leaders, wholesale customers and guests visiting our Roast House. Most importantly, you’ll share our passion for delivering Experiences to Remember in every interaction. You’ll bring experience in administration, customer service or operational support, together with a desire to learn, develop and grow with us.
