200 Degrees is seeking a Head Barista to join the management team at our Lincoln area coffee shop. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintain exceptional coffee quality across all drinks.
In this role you’ll lead the training and development of the barista team, ensure consistency, and support with shop leadership. There may also be opportunities to run our barista school classes for customers.
