At 200 Degrees, we pride ourselves on building tight-knit teams that are passionate about serving great coffee to our customers. We’re now looking for our next
General Manager to lead one of these teams.
As a General Manager you will take ownership of your own coffee shop.
You’ll lead and develop your own team to deliver fantastic quality coffee and food whilst being a role model for outstanding service and standards.

Why 200 Degrees?
200 Degrees is more than just a coffee shop – we roast over 300 tonnes of coffee a year in our state-of-the-art roast house in Nottingham which we send not only to our shops but also to our customers online and our 600+ wholesale customers from small independent cafes to university campuses and corporate offices.
We also support the development of coffee education through our barista training schools.
As a General Manager, you can be part of this – you’ll be joining a group of passionate people who care about you, your team, your customers, your community and our coffee.
