About the Role & Team
We are looking for a Talent Connection Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This specialist role sits within the EMEA Talent Connection function, whose mission is to provide The Walt Disney Company with the most talented and diverse candidates, internally and externally, in the shortest timeframes, while delivering exceptional customer service and reducing hiring costs across the business. You will support a team of Recruiters, working directly with candidates, hiring managers and People & Culture partners to ensure a professional, timely and accurate recruitment process. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent and consistent candidate experience while managing high volumes of activity in a fast‑paced environment. This role is based in our London Hammersmith office, working 4 days onsite with either Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Partner with Recruiters to manage interview scheduling for internal and external candidates using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate interviews across international time zones, senior stakeholders, video and in‑person formats, and multiple interview stages.
- Keep candidates, recruiters and hiring managers fully informed throughout the recruitment journey, providing professional and timely communication.
- Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience through proactive, high‑quality engagement.
- Maintain accurate, real‑time records on the Applicant Tracking System and other tools including Workday, Excel, Teams and Airtable.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Connection team, depending on interview volumes, including role advertising, candidate administration, reporting and project support.
- Work at pace in a high‑volume recruitment environment as part of a team of 20 supporting Disney hiring across EMEA.
- Act as an ambassador for the Disney brand, with a strong focus on professionalism and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Readiness to work, or direct experience, in a busy administrative role.
- Customer‑facing attitude, with confidence communicating with candidates and hiring managers via phone and email.
- Experience using Outlook, Microsoft Teams or similar tools.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- General IT proficiency to track and report on recruitment processes.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently while managing high volumes of activity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
- Experience working within a large, complex corporate environment, ideally supporting international teams and/or in a recruitment or HR capacity.
