About the Role & Team

The Studios Publicity & Events team is at the heart of bringing The Walt Disney Company's stories, talent and brands to audiences across EMEA.

As Supervisor, Events, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional events that connect our businesses, partners and audiences through memorable experiences.

Reporting to the Manager, Events & Studios EMEA PR, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of events across EMEA, with a primary focus on cross line-of-business (X-LOB) activity while also supporting Studios publicity events.

From venue sourcing and logistics management to stakeholder coordination and on-the-ground delivery, you will help ensure events are executed seamlessly, efficiently and to the highest standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive events professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of cross line-of-business (X-LOB) events across the UK and EMEA, partnering with multiple Disney businesses and functions.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, production, AV, travel, accommodation and transport arrangements.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, schedules and run-of-show documentation to support seamless execution.
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders across Publicity, Marketing, Communications, EMEA market teams and wider business partners to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging and delivery requirements.
  • Support the delivery of Studios publicity events, including screenings, premieres, junkets, talent activity and awards campaigns.
  • Act as a liaison with US-based PR teams and Awards coordinators to support publicity and awards-related activity.
  • Manage event budgets, including forecasting, tracking and reconciliation, identifying opportunities to maximise value while maintaining quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, production partners, suppliers and vendors.
  • Lead on-site event execution, ensuring an exceptional attendee experience and resolving operational challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Support post-event reporting, capture feedback and insights, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP and wider team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, purchase orders and invoice processing.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience delivering events, productions or large-scale projects within a media, entertainment, agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex logistics across multiple stakeholders, suppliers and teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across different functions and levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts and financial tracking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
  • Comfortable supporting both strategic planning and hands-on event execution.
  • Strong administrative and operational coordination skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting high-profile publicity campaigns, premieres, screenings, junkets or talent-facing events.
  • Experience working across multiple business units or delivering cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exposure to large-scale industry, corporate or showcase events.
  • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment, film, television or streaming industries.
