Working as part of the Cross-Company Social Media Team, you will help create engaging, social-first content, build meaningful audience connections, and support influencer activity across Disney brands and lines of business.

- Work with markets and platform partners to support new channel launches, platform innovation, account verification and troubleshooting.
- Maintain strong governance and security standards across social media accounts, including user access reviews and platform best practices.
- Champion audience-first thinking by sharing platform trends, emerging formats and industry developments with the wider team.
- Support local and regional initiatives through competition management, evergreen asset distribution and inclusive content representation.
- Manage the day-to-day workload and priorities of the Social Media Intern. Present project updates, recommendations and new opportunities to stakeholders where appropriate.

- Experience working within a social media, digital marketing or integrated marketing environment, either agency-side or client-side.
- Experience managing social media platforms in a professional capacity, including hands-on channel scheduling and publishing.

- Strong understanding of major social platforms, audience behaviours, emerging trends and platform innovations.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret channel and campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
