Working within a dedicated team, the AMP Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of high‐quality, value‐for‐money TV and Feature Art & Metadata assets to Disney's Direct‐to‐Consumer (DTC) platforms. The role focuses on the end‐to‐end operational management of legal approvals, creation, and servicing of Art & Metadata materials in line with Disney's requirements and standards. The AMP Supervisor partners with global internal teams and external vendors, manages multiple tasks under pressure, and supports and coaches AMP Coordinators as the first point of contact for day‐to‐day tasks, guidance, and queries. This role is based in London Hammersmith, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.
What You Will Do
- Artwork and Metadata Management: Oversee the creation and delivery of artwork and metadata to the Disney+ platform. Design and maintain workflows for delivery of artwork and metadata for Disney+ Originals, acquisitions, library content, and weekly titles. Ingest assets into Disney+, including live artwork and metadata refreshes via AMP.
- Vendor & Cross‐Team Collaboration: Partner with vendors and teams across EMEA, CEE, and MENA to oversee localisation and delivery of assets into Disney systems.
- Quality & Fulfilment: Conduct artwork QC reviews, manage feedback for artwork assets, supervise verification and fulfilment of artwork and metadata orders within Disney ordering systems.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve artwork and metadata delivery challenges, including asset correction and remediation. Liaise with the US IP legal team to legally clear local main titles for use in local territories.
- People & Support: Provide first point of contact for AMP Coordinators to provide support and advice as needed.
Other General Activities
- Provide coverage and support for other AMP Supervisors and the AMP Manager as needed.
- Attend and contribute to team, departmental, vendor and Content Operations meetings; represent the team in broader Company meetings as required.
- Collaborate with departmental colleagues and cross‐functionally with studio operations; resolve vendor billing issues with TWDC Accounts Payable.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external parties; stay aware of technical developments in the digital media space.
- Adhere to defined Content Operations processes; seek opportunities to improve. Develop knowledge of product slate, media types, and market dynamics; provide training as required.
- Ensure other departments understand the role and how to access relevant information.
- Participate in systems testing and contribute suggestions for workflow and systems improvement.
- Provide holiday and sickness cover under the 'Buddy' scheme.
