Job Posting Title: Digital Accounts Executive (Fixed-term contract) Req ID: 10158996 Job Description:

About the Role & Team

The Digital Accounts Executive is a skilled and proficient commercial and publishing specialist who partners with the Digital Accounts Manager to manage core digital publishing accounts within Disney Consumer Products.

This role drives revenue growth, supports strategic digital initiatives, and solves complex problems while maintaining Disney’s high brand standards across consumer-facing digital products.

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of digital publishing licensees, ensuring effective account stewardship, product development, and commercial performance across multiple projects in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

You will act as a problem-solver and trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders, using data-driven insights, strong communication, and meticulous planning to deliver high-quality digital products and campaigns.

Manage relationships with assigned digital publishing licensees, responding to requests, guiding publishing plans, overseeing product approvals, and maintaining clear, effective communications.

This is a fixed-term contract role until January 2027, based in our London Hammersmith office, with an expectation to work onsite four days per week.

Values

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values, acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community.

These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the licensing development process for key accounts, including leading meetings, executing publishing plans, and coordinating marketing activities to support revenue and growth objectives.
  • Liaise with editorial and global operations teams to secure timely product approvals, manage OPA-related queries, ensure GTL accuracy, refine product descriptions, and support merchandising, PR, and marketing plans.
  • Prepare compelling product presentations - such as internal line reviews, showcases, and licensee pitches - ensuring adherence to Disney brand guidelines and effective visual storytelling.
  • Drive product planning discussions with accounts, leveraging franchise information and editorial content to grow the business and meet communicated commercial targets.
  • Assist in identifying, analysing, and executing new business opportunities with existing and new partners, supporting strategy and business planning through POS, market trend, consumer insight, and accrual analysis.
  • Build and deliver effective presentations in Keynote and Power Point for line reviews, business and strategy updates, greenlight approvals, licensee briefings, concept pitches, and retail buyer presentations, using data for impact and maintaining brand standards.
  • Update assigned accounts on franchise developments and relevant marketing activations to maximise commercial and consumer-facing opportunities across digital channels.
  • Support the digital team and country managers with contract and amendment input flows, collaborating with accounting, finance, and legal to ensure timely administration and accurate documentation.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, analyse market and consumer trends, and provide recommendations for new business leads and emerging digital publishing opportunities.
  • Operate as a results-oriented, independent worker who may lead small projects, offering new perspectives on existing solutions and acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach when collaborating across regions and functions to support global emerging business development in the digital space.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret POS data, market trends, consumer insights, and sales forecasts to inform publishing and commercial decisions.
  • Financial, business, and commercial acumen, including experience working with forecasts, budgets, and accrual information for digital publishing accounts.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with proven experience managing stakeholders and cultivating productive global relationships in a complex organisation.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and deliver on multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and brand standards.
  • Proactive, results-orientated and decisive approach; able to work independently with minimal supervision and act as an intuitive problem-solver across changing priorities.
  • Critical eye and creative flair for product, with comfort in client-facing environments and a strong focus on visual storytelling in presentations.
  • Computer literacy with working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Keynote, and the ability to build compelling, data-led presentation decks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, maintaining accuracy and high-quality output.
  • Strong team player with cultural sensitivity and the ability to operate independently while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
