About the Role & Team

Working in a dedicated team, this role is responsible for managing the delivery of high‑quality, value‑for‑money TV and feature materials to Disney’s Direct to Consumer platforms, primarily Disney Plus, with a focus on managing Art & Metadata creation and delivery. Working on all Disney+ content, including Disney+ EMEA Originals, EMEA Acquisitions and Disney branded content. Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors in line with department standards, strong communication, the ability to multi‑task, manage high volume and remain calm under pressure is essential. In addition, excellent customer focus and communication skills are key. What You Will Do

  • Raise accurate and timely orders to commission the creation and delivery of art & metadata, for specific titles across multiple languages, recognising unique requirements for each while ensuring creative consistency and cost control.
  • Work with third‑party vendors to agree delivery schedules.
  • Track the completion of projects using reporting tools.
  • Work with third‑part licensors / Postproduction companies to track the timely delivery of content into Disney to required technical specification.
  • Update and maintain records to reflect current delivery status of materials and specifications.
  • Ensure stakeholders and business partners are kept fully informed of any issues that might impact material delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate and/or perform remediation for the packages based on JIRA tickets.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure that localised assets are ordered and production schedules meet agreed delivery timelines.
  • Research Disney inventory systems to establish available elements and request asset movements as required.
  • Raise accurate and timely purchase/work orders, resolve invoice queries.
  • Action QC failures, rejections and recall notifications and update/replace materials as required.
  • Manage workflow and tasks to be undertaken within agreed SLA timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in TV or Non‑Linear Distribution/Post Production required.
  • Experience of high and ultra‑high‑definition technology, new media and electronic file delivery an advantage.
  • Experience of Mastering QC analysis and corrective recommendations an advantage.
  • Project management skills and experience essential.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Smartsheet, Airtable.
  • Good knowledge of SAP a great advantage.
