The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
This role will support the delivery of audio-visual material, scripts, metadata and artwork for acquired titles for subsequent exploitation on Disney+. This will involve close communication with various distributors, especially where Disney is rejecting materials which do not match Disney specs.

What You Will Do
- Track material delivery for acquired titles from third-party distributors into The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) London.
- Ensure delivery of audio, video, audio description, subtitles, descriptive metadata, artwork and other media in both English and other languages.
- Handle QC rejections and remediation process directly with distributors.
- Update internal colleagues with regular status reports on the progress of deliveries and flag any issues or blockers promptly.
- Track metrics for on-time deliveries and first-time quality.
- Work effectively with departmental colleagues and cross-functionally with EMEA Content Operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, and asset-management databases.
- Excellent project management skills and experience.
- Understanding of technical specs across different media types.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of localization and mastering processes; experience with file-based and HD technology, new media and electronic file delivery.
- Experience with different sound and video formats/components.
- Understanding of QC processes for audio-visual files.
