Job Description:
This role will be based in Celtic Lakes at our new Newport facility, which includes 25,000 sq ft of R&D clean rooms and 35,000 sq ft of manufacturing space, supporting semiconductor process technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements focusing on KPIs, risk assessment, and data analysis.
- Support internal partners and wider KLA business groups.
- Design and implement new business processes aligned with organizational priorities.
- Monitor and analyze the efficiency of new initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to identify process enhancement opportunities.
- Train teams on new processes and improvement opportunities.
- Develop operational excellence programs and lead cross-functional teams.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Facilitate organizational change and support global initiatives within GWS.
- Support process development focusing on standardization, compliance, and standards like ISO.
