We are seeking a professional, personable, and organised Part-Time Concierge to join our team at a prestigious multi-use Serviced Office, conference and events facility in the heart of Glasgow city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
About the Role
As Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the venue, providing outstanding front-of-house service to delegates, guests, clients, and visitors attending conferences, corporate events, private functions, and meetings. The role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a proactive approach to ensuring every guest experience is delivered to the highest standard.
Working Hours
20–30 hours per week. Shift patterns include:
- Opening shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Closing shift: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Flexible rota including some weekends
- Occasional late evening event cover
- Additional holiday cover when required
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests, delegates, and clients
- Managing front-of-house reception and concierge duties
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Maintaining high presentation and service standards throughout the venue
- Assisting with guest direction during live events
- Monitoring public areas to ensure a professional and safe environment

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, or customer service roles
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be smart, professional, and confident dealing with VIP guests and corporate clients

- Be reliable, punctual, and organised
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Be comfortable working in a busy events environment
