We are seeking a professional, personable, and organised Part-Time Concierge to join our team at a prestigious multi-use Serviced Office, conference and events facility in the heart of Glasgow city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

As Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the venue, providing outstanding front-of-house service to delegates, guests, clients, and visitors attending conferences, corporate events, private functions, and meetings.

Shift patterns include:

  • Opening shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Closing shift: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
  • Flexible rota including:
    • Some weekends
    • Occasional late evening event cover
    • Additional holiday cover when required

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing front-of-house reception and concierge duties
  • Maintaining high presentation and service standards throughout the venue
  • Monitoring public areas to ensure a professional and safe environment

Requirements:

  • Have previous experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, or customer service roles
  • Have a flexible and positive attitude
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Varied and engaging working days in a vibrant city-centre venue
