We're looking for an experienced Project Controls professional who also has a background in assessing. This role is best suited to someone who already has experience in both project environments and delivering high-quality assessment, rather than someone looking to move into assessment for the first time.
Responsibilities
- Assessing learners across Level 3 and Level 6 Project Controls qualifications
- Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications
- Managing your own caseload and tracking progress through e-portfolio systems
- Maintaining accurate assessment records in line with Awarding Body requirements
- Contributing to the development and improvement of learning and assessment materials
- Supporting quality assurance processes, including standardisation and audits
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management or Project Controls
- Experience assessing learners (this is essential)
- Assessor qualification (CAVA / A1 / D32/33 or equivalent)
- Understanding of accreditation and quality assurance processes
- Ability to confidently support and challenge learners
Nice to have
- Experience working with awarding bodies
- Background in engineering or construction
- Experience with e-portfolio systems
