We are looking for a Community Leader to join our growing team at 2-Work for our brand new location opening later this year in Accrington.

The Community Leader is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience within the Flexspace environment.

This role blends hospitality, operations, and community engagement to create a welcoming, productive, and well-connected workplace for members.

This role is also responsible for attracting & consultatively securing & retaining Members, achieving occupancy & revenue targets.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in enhancing the member experience, supporting operations, and helping build a thriving business community.

2-Work is a growing provider of flexible workspace, with five locations across Leeds and Wakefield.

As part of our continued expansion, we are now opening our first North West location in Accrington.

As a Community Leader, you will

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Formulate a sales strategy alongside the Property Consultants
  • Proactively generating Membership referrals & managing void suites, manipulating a pipeline of enquiries through to conversion.
  • Plan and host community events, networking sessions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support new members onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive start.
  • Handle member queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the workspace, including hospitality services.
  • Engagement & active participation with external & internal events, actively promoting attendance and working in cohesion with Members.
  • Assist with workspace tours for prospective members.
  • Support member retention through relationship management and service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services and memberships.
  • Takes ownership of accurate accounting of monthly Membership revenue
  • Alongside BDE supports the performance & profitability of the business through control of budgets & business plan KPI’s.
  • Ensures the highest standards, to include hygiene & cleanliness.
  • Adhere to & effectively execute periodic H&S inspections.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ideally experienced within serviced, sales or hospitality industry.
  • Proven service orientated, sales and commercial experience within a property and/or facilities environment.
  • Demonstrate effective management & leadership experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance.
  • Absolute commitment to high ethics, integrity & honesty.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with financials, including P&L reports and accounting systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
