We are looking for two Member Services Leads to join our growing team at 2-Work.
One will support our flagship location in Leeds City Centre, while the other will be part of the new team at our White Rose location.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in enhancing the member experience, supporting operations, and helping build a thriving business community.

As a Member Services Lead, you will:
- Ensure the best customer experience for our members.
- Support the generation and retention of members.
- Manage daily operations, including day to day running of the centre, managing bookings & coworkers, invoicing, budgeting, and health & safety and more.
- Organise member events and build brand partnerships with local businesses.
- This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where organisation, problem-solving, and relationship-building are key.
