Member Services Lead - Leeds City & South Leeds

We are looking for two Member Services Leads to join our growing team at 2-Work.

One will support our flagship location in Leeds City Centre, while the other will be part of the new team at our White Rose location.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in enhancing the member experience, supporting operations, and helping build a thriving business community.

As a Member Services Lead, you will:

• Ensure the best customer experience for our members.
• Support the generation and retention of members.
• Manage daily operations, including day to day running of the centre, managing bookings & coworkers, invoicing, budgeting, and health & safety and more.
• Organise member events and build brand partnerships with local businesses.
• This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where organisation, problem-solving, and relationship-building are key.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally experienced within serviced, sales or hospitality industry.
• A people-first mindset, with strong customer service skills.
• A proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic setting.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Someone with high ethics, integrity, and a drive to succeed.
