Job Description

The Marketing Manager will take the lead in coordinating, executing, monitoring, and evaluating our marketing and communication channels. This role requires someone with proven expertise in sales strategy, digital marketing, and creative design. The ideal candidate will be a team player who brings energy, exceptional organisational skills, creativity, and self-motivation, with a strong commitment to driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with 2-Work Group Ltd’s business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Define target audience personas and optimise marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, member communication and online content
  • Sources quality marketing distribution lists & data, maintains compliance with GDPR laws
  • Lead the development of engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other platforms
  • Tracks and reports marketing analytics, takes the lead in analysing and reporting marketing metrics, ensuring corrective action when needed

Sales & Referrals

  • Proactively identifies marketing opportunities to generate direct sales leads & referrals
  • Strategically drives the enquiry generation, helping maintain increase retention & occupancy in line with sales targets.
  • Analysis of software reporting and CRM housekeeping.

Website Management

  • Directs alongside our web vendors, the continuous improvement & usability, design and content of the website in line with budget
  • Monitor and report regularly on website analytics and take corrective action when needed
  • Manage and renew association website domain names
  • Work with vendors to troubleshoot problems with the website and respond to user requests and comments

Social Media

  • Experience of managing multiple Paid Social Media campaigns through various mediums such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram & a broader understanding of new & emerging channels for all brands.
  • Coordinate and execute social media campaigns and ensure alignment with overall marketing campaign and brand association mission
  • Drives & maintains an engaging social media calendar, sourcing content through site teams in line with community & company brand values.
  • Approves optimisation of budgets of paid campaigns.
  • Delivery of monthly reports on social media outreach

Communication & Budgetary

  • Provide monthly performance report to present to the Board of Directors
  • Monthly management of social budgets
  • Manage supplier relations and budget for outsourced work
  • Attend campaign strategy meetings with the Board

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in social media, marketing or communications
  • Service orientated, sales and commercial experience within a property and/or facilities environment preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management platforms).
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
