Candidates must be based in or relocate within proximity of one of 2‐TIMES office locations: Hong Kong (central), Singapore (Rochor), or Melbourne (CBD). For global applications, relocation to Asia is required for this position.

Reporting to our Senior Merchandising Manager, the Merchandise Manager is responsible for crafting and executing digital initiatives across both our private luxury retail eCommerce and content platforms, defining a distinctive identity for 2‐TIMES based on incoming product assortments, internal learnings, and competitive research of the wider luxury goods marketplace (fashion, accessories, beauty/fragrance, jewellery, etc.).

He/she/they will drive the analysis of key business metrics and critical paths, including multi‐category classification and trending item sales, new user growth and behavioural data, and other marketing programs spanning organic search, content and email marketing segmentation/performance to maximise global sales.

The ideal candidate is motivated by delivering best‐in‐class strategies that enable friction‐free paths to purchase that drive improved conversion ratios for new/existing private clients of the group.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee merchandise selection & assortment, pagination, and updates for 2‐TIMES' private eCommerce (shopping) platform, special events/pop‐ups/installations, and all product‐led content features – based on new arrivals, inventory availability, and promotional pushes.
  • Partner with brand, buying and digital experience teams to execute online campaigns.
  • Coordinate with web developers to continually brainstorm new tools for the merchandising team, as well as testing opportunities to benefit daily commercial processes and management of products.
  • Collaborate with email marketing & design teams on a daily basis by creating categories and product selections, whilst also reviewing and reacting to aesthetic/graphic deliverables, and monitoring click‐throughs/resulting conversions.
  • Ensure both 2‐TIMES' content & eCommerce platforms stay in line with brand design guidelines, balancing products/uploads based primarily on commerciality, yet being mindful of seasonal content‐led objectives.
Must‐haves
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing, business, merchandising, etc.).
  • 3‐5+ years of eCommerce buying/merchandising experience within a luxury branded environment — Note: candidates with premium, high‐street or fast fashion backgrounds will NOT be considered.
  • Aligned sense of direction regarding 2‐TIMES' POV, with proven credibility of International designer, branded and showroom networks.
  • Web, App and Mac‐savviness, with knowledge of Google/Microsoft suites a must. Experience using Slack or Notion is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with professional‐level communication skills in one of Mandarin, Cantonese or French considered advantageous.
  • Some International travel is required between our Singapore and Hong Kong offices (10%).
  • International relocation support to Asia will be considered, depending on experience.

Salary range (equivalent): HKD $55–$70k p/m, plus allowances.
