Candidates must be based in or relocate within proximity of one of 2-TIMES office locations: Hong Kong (Central), Singapore (Rochor), or Melbourne (CBD). Relocation support will be considered for global profiles, depending on experience.
For this leadership role, we are looking for a resourceful and highly organised Events Director with strong global networks and experience crafting luxury events programmes, aimed at targeting our high net worth (HNW) private clients. The successful candidate will work closely with both design and creative directors to ensure the quality and tone of all events-related content and communications complies with 2-TIMES's brand guidelines, producing flawlessly executed client-facing productions in collaboration with marketing acquisition, retention and partnerships teams; overseeing full events delivery - with end-to-end accountability for operational management, including customer journeys and improving online experiences by recapping digital/eCommerce teams.

- Collaborate with design and creative directors to ensure content and communications comply with brand guidelines.
- Produce client-facing productions in collaboration with marketing acquisition, retention, and partnerships teams.
- Manage the master events calendar and create toolkit assets for press materials, including pitches, press releases and features.
- Identify and develop innovative client-focused initiatives aligned with business objectives; examples of work may be requested in interviews.
- Balance and prioritise multiple projects with excellent time management.
- 8–10 years in ideation and delivery of large and small-scale events; experience in creative agency or luxury production studio backgrounds preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or professional communications; MBA an asset.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling and multi-vendor negotiation.
- Fluency in English; Cantonese, Mandarin and French highly regarded.
- Proficiency with Sanity and Salesforce CMSs, Notion and Slack; Mac-savvy with Google/Microsoft suites, Adobe CC, and Figma; MailChimp & Mandrill.
- Experience with targeted social/chat channels and private shopping groups (WeChat, Xiaohongshu RED, KakaoTalk, Line, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 10–15 times per year, mainly across Asia.
Salary range (equivalent): HK$90k–$110k per month, plus allowances.
