About the Role
The HR Advisor at our Willand site is a pivotal HR Generalist role, a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor / Generalist looking for an exciting career opportunity within a market-leading manufacturing business. The role has a strong focus on employee relations, but also provides the opportunity to be actively involved in other site-based projects working closely with the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for ER queries, take the lead to support Managers with Employee Relation cases, while assessing and mitigating potential risk.
- Develop effective on-going relationships at all levels, responding to queries directly and influencing managers to follow a best practice approach.
- Ensure the accurate monitoring and recording of the case management system.
- Support the HR team in the administration of the employee cycle processes ensuring that legal compliance is met.
- Support the Head of HR in key people strategy projects such as staff surveys and external compliance audits.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within HR with knowledge of case management, disciplinary and investigation, Employee engagement, flex working requests and trade unions.
