About the role:
As a member of the cooking team, your role is to follow the daily production plan, preparing and cooking the required products using our range of machinery and equipment. You will ensure that each product is cooked accurately and consistently, taking regular temperatures and monitoring quality throughout the process. Your responsibilities include maintaining clean and safe work areas, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards, and reporting any issues or faults with the equipment. You will also support your colleagues to keep production running smoothly, helping to meet daily targets while ensuring that every product meets our high standards.

Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, the ability to work well within a team and follow processes, a 'can do' attitude and great attention to detail.
