As we continue to develop and modernise our operations, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to play a critical leadership role within our Dronfield site. Reporting into the Site Leadership Team and acting as a key operational leader, this role is effectively the number two within the warehouse function and has a significant influence across warehousing, logistics, materials management, customer service, and operational performance. Lead warehouse operations across Goods In, Storage, Dispatch and Nights. Drive OTIF, stock accuracy, service and cost performance. A hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, challenges the status quo and delivers measurable improvements. Warehouse, Logistics or Distribution Management experience. Strong background in low shelf-life, perishable FMCG or food manufacturing environments. Track record of improving operational performance, efficiency and stock accuracy. Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control and distribution operations.
