About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to join 2 Sisters Food Group. This role will oversee the goods-in and goods-end side of operations, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of incoming deliveries, stock control, and reporting. You will replace the outgoing FSM and take responsibility for supervising a team to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt and unloading of goods from multiple external suppliers and warehouses.
- Check delivery documentation against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Carry out quality control checks, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Supervise and support the warehouse team in day-to-day operations.
- Accurately record stock movements and transactions in SAP.
- Manage stock control, including labelling, rotation, and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety within the warehouse.
- Liaise with external suppliers and warehouse partners to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics (food industry experience not essential).
- Strong people management and supervisory skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards in a warehouse environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
